Sublimation measured in rolls
The requested graphic is printed onto a special sheet of paper, which will serve as the transfer surface. The paint pigments on the paper will be transferred onto the textile with the help of a heat press, applying the appropriate temperature and pressure over a specific period of time.
What can we sublimate onto textiles?
Filled-out pattern layouts, sewing patterns, and other graphics, which aren’t considered continuous patterns, as well as continuous or seamless patterns, for which it’s enough to send us a section of the pattern, which we can then repeat infinitely.
What kind of machine do we use for sublimation?
With the help of our large format Epson and Signracer industrial printers and Monti Antonio, Transmatic calendar heat press, we can sublimate in various formats, measured in rolls.
Digital tailoring
With the help of our Summa Laser cutting machine, we can cut automatically from digital pattern layouts or even entire rolls. We can also process pieces sublimated in rolls automatically in our tailoring system.
Sewing pattern digitalisation
We can digitise paper-based sewing patterns or even already cut pieces.
